Firefox Toolbar Tutorial: Part 1
Since we’re going to be following the Firefox Toolbar Tutorial you should head over there and download the sample .zip file. I’m not gonna re-create the wheel, I’m just gonna add a little more chrome. (Ba-da-bing, bad joke).
In this series of Tutorials, I suggest you head over to the other tutorial first, read that, then continue here. We’ll be working separately, but everything will be quite the same.

Ok, first thing is to create our file structure, so we end up with:
StatsBar\chrome\content
And I personally use IzArc by the way.
Go ahead and read Part 2, I can wait.
I used uuidgen to generate the id. Go ahead and make your own, or use mine. You can use
I’ve also set minVersion and maxVersion to 1.0.4(what I’m using) and 1.0.6(What my laptop is using, which I will test it on as well).
You can download my install.rdf and my contents.rdf if you want to, but they haven’t changed much from the original tutorial. This is not where my specialty is, as so the first few parts it’s gonna be more the other tutorial than me, so bear with.
