Back, and Updates

I’m back, here’s some quick updates.

Asterisk 1.2.5 is out.

A company I work for has released a xulrunner based app(woo hoo!) using an MSI installer creator that works quite well, although I can’t wait for xulrunner to fully mature and have it’s own installation and updating mechanisms.

I’ve also become a huge fan of Ruby on Rails. I’ve been reading Programming Ruby and Agile Development with Rails and am quite amazed at it. Someone pointed me over to CakePHP which looks very interesting. I plan on checking it out soon.

I’m re-working the code bases for the map generators that power Haunted House Nation and Veggie Map to give it some new features, and I plan on advertising HHN a lot more this year(since I have more time) to get more houses ready for it. I plan on adding comments, ratings, photos/uploading, and administration by whoever put the house in the system.

I haven’t checked on Parrot in awhile, but I’ll do that another time.

More updates later!
